Welcome, and thanks for checking out Eyne Photography by k (LTD)!

I hope you are happy with your digital print! Please keep in mind photos may appear differently in person than they do on your computer, as all monitors are calibrated differently. Additionally, some photos are intentionally designed to be out of focus, have texture or different treatments.

PAYMENT

I accept PayPal up front, direct check out and Etsy gift cards. I will ship your item when the payment processes. I don't charge tax, except if you live in Massachusetts.

Massachusetts residents will be charged 6.25% as per state regulations.

Should you require insurance, or expedited shipping, please let me know ahead of time, and I will create a listing for you.

Orders with no payment will be cancelled within 24 hours.

SHIPPING

Each item is carefully packed and is shipped in secure mailers through the United States Postal Service. If you prefer another company or expedited shipping, please contact me before you make a purchase, or if necessary, I can send you a paypal invoice after purchase.

Photos up to 8 x10 or 8x8 are shipped in secure flat mailers. Larger photos are shipped in tubes and rolled.

Generally, your item will ship in 2-5 days, but please allow up to a week for shipping. Please be patient with the postal service; sometimes items take longer than expected in transit!

US CUSTOMERS
Please be sure to check the accuracy of your address, and make sure it matches your Paypal address, which is the address to which I will ship- errors can delay items! If your items get returned to me, customer must pay the shipping cost again.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All of my products are available to ship in the United States; if you want it sent abroad, your item will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Shipping internationally does have its risks, and if you would want insurance or use of a different shipping company, it is at the buyer's expense. With the basic shipping rate, I can't ensure the delivery of the item internationally, or refund money for lost packages to the international buyer.

International orders cannot be assigned a tracking number because the cost is too high, but the customs slip may be used to track your package, and I'll provide you with the number. Please be patient as some items take a while to ship internationally...sometimes a long while! I find it depends on the country.

*Photos 8x8 or 8x10 or smaller will be shipped, unmatted and unframed, in in a flat sturdy mailer. Larger prints will be shipped in a sturdy tube.

*Due to the different calibration of computer monitors, please account for potentially slight variances in color between what you see and the actual print.
